VOLUME PURCHASES and BECOMING A DEALER/DISTRIBUTOR

Pricing

LEDgen Lighting, Inc. does not require you to join a club or pay a membership fee.  Instead, we have established a tiered discount schedule to accommodate volume purchases by installers and support the resale businesses of our established Dealers/Distributors. First-time volume purchases are quoted on a case-by-case basis and do not require established Dealer/Distributor account status. Samples of quoted products are available at a special rate to ensure quality and satisfaction before making a large commitment. To encourage the establishment of Dealer/Distributor accounts, LEDgen Lighting, Inc. offers personalized customer support, consulting, marketing materials, stock photos, warehousing, drop-shipping and other convenient services. Minimum annual purchase amounts are required in exchange for continued discounted pricing and our comprehensive services.

In general, the following price levels, discounts and terms apply to Volume purchases and Dealer/Distributor accounts. (Exceptions may apply, please read our dealer terms and conditions.)

LIST  - Retail/Base Rate Available to the Public Annual Purchases of LESS than $2,500

DEALER 2  - Entry Level Dealer/Volume Rate Annual/Volume Purchase of $2,500-5,000

DEALER 1  - Intermediate Dealer/Volume Rate Annual/Volume Purchase of $5,000 - $10,000

DISTRIBUTOR  - Maximum Stock Item Discount Rate Annual/Volume Purchase OVER $10,000

CONTAINER  - Pre-season, Full or Shared Container Minimum Purchase over $50,000 (deposit required)

Incentives for increased sales/purchases and long-term relationships between LEDgen Lighting and the Dealerships include exclusive seasonal discounts and "roll-over" status from year to year. Therefore, if a Dealer/Distributor maintains or achieves a higher discount level during a calendar year, that level will carry over into the following calendar year and will be evaluated and re-qualified every 6 months thereafter. Base pricing for each calendar year is established in the month of March of that year and will be made effective in May of that year. Seasonal specials and product promotions are offered throughout the year along with early notification for deals on overstock items and close-outs as they become available.

Product Availability

Stock status and inventory reports are generated on a regular basis and automatically emailed to our Dealer/Distributor customers so that you know what is available to buy and sell. Of course, we would be happy to give you an up to the minute count on a specific item if you just give us a call. Copies of reports are also available anytime upon request if you have missed or just misplaced the most recent copy.  Just send an email to request a Stock Status Report.  You will recieve a response with an email attachment in PDF form unless specifically requested as an Excel file.

We accept pre-payment by cash or check, along with charges via Master Card, VISA, Discover, and American Express. For individual Volume purchases or Dealers/Distributors without current credit approval on file, credit card payments are limited to a maximum charge of up to $2,500.00 per order; including tax/shipping/handling fees.  International shipments may require pre-payment by wire transfer.

LEDgen Lighting, Inc. is centrally located in the Midwest with a full-service warehouse and distribution center featuring daily pickup and delivery via UPS; with Freight and Postal Service shipments upon request. Along with personalized support, discount pricing, year-round inventory, and a variety of energy-efficient products to choose from; our Dealer/Distributor accounts can take advantage of custom drop-shipping and warehousing services at no additional charge. Upon establishing an account, we can assist with preparing your orders, allocate product for future shipments, pack and hold your pre-season order until October 1^st, and will tailor shipments to each of your customers needs including expedited and worldwide shipping, no matter how small or large the order.
